We help with the paperwork
If your loved one has a long-term care insurance policy, it may help pay for our services. We help with the paperwork so you can focus on your family.
- We call the insurance company with you to confirm benefits
- We provide the care plan and visit records the insurer requests
- We send itemized monthly invoices with the details insurers ask for
- When your policy allows it, we bill the insurance company directly
When you call, please have the insurance company's name, the policy number and the policyholder's date of birth. Most policies have a waiting period, called an elimination period, before benefits begin. It's often 90 days, and we'll help you plan for it.
Coverage depends on each policy. We'll help you understand your benefits, but the insurance company makes the final decision on payment.
Other ways to pay
Private Pay
Care is billed by the hour. You'll get our written rates at your consultation, with no long-term contract.
Veterans Benefits
VA pension benefits such as Aid and Attendance can help veterans and surviving spouses pay for in-home care. We can provide the care documentation you need for an application.
Medicaid Long-Term Care
We're enrolling with Florida Medicaid and its long-term care plans. Call us to check where enrollment stands.
