Why we started WellSync
WellSync Home Solutions is a locally owned home care agency based in Hilliard, Florida. We started it because families in Northeast Florida need dependable help at home, and too often they don't know where to find it.
Our team has years of experience caring for people with complex, serious and rare health conditions, including some of the most medically fragile patients. We bring that clinical background from pharmacy and nursing to everyday care at home, so we notice changes early and know when to bring in your doctor or family.

Registered Nurse SupervisorNurse practitioner with more than 30 years of nursing experience. Oversees caregiver assignments and training, and serves as alternate administrator.

- A Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan for hurricanes and other emergencies

You'll get a written copy of your rights when care starts. You can ask questions or raise a concern with our administrator at any time, and you can contact the state directly using the numbers at the bottom of this page.
